The hotel was overall clean, there were best and exceptionally courteous staff and absolutely superb breakfasts. The room was nicely furnished and there were climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television. The property was placed within 0.5 miles of the airport. This was a fine stay on this visit, reasonable prices.

The breakfast was above average and absolutely superb with an astonishing view of downtown and champagne, for instance, no reason to complain. I loved the elegant-style building and well-equipped room for 2 extra beds in our suite.

Even though everything was outstanding, some of the staff were very rude.

My stay here was perfect. The breakfast was full size with champagne and had all you need. Hopefully the room was well furnished and brand-new with twin beds and a fantastic view from the balcony.

Excellent location in the heart of Downtown Dubai, just a stone's throw away from Dubai Mall and major attractions. Spacious room with a beautiful view of the Fountain.

The room we got was a good size and had a nice interior design. It was well-furnished and had some cool extras like an electric kettle and glassware 🍵. Very handy!

The location of Palace Downtown is unbeatable! It is conveniently located near the Dubai Mall and the Fountain, making it easy to explore the city without spending too much time in traffic or taxis.

One drawback was the view from one of the junior suites. When we requested a change to a similar suite, we were asked to pay an additional $500 for just two nights.

Bedrooms are very large and luxurious with a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and prompt on doing what was requested. The food was excellent with a wide variety of tastes. Everything was clean and well presented. The hotel is situated on a man made lagoon that features a fountain display every night, this was a spectacular scene from our hotel balcony. The new shopping mall and the burj Kaleifa are only five minute walk.

Not good for families or parties. Food is expensive.
